My name is Zachary Hughes, I am a Certified Professional Home Inspector. I have completed many hours of training to equip myself with the proper knowledge to provide an excellent service to anyone in need! My standards of practice exceed the big box certification companies. Where others standards fall short, I stand out! My smaller statue allows me to go further than most, which benefits you the client above all! I have years of inspection experience, training with other inspectors, and personal construction activities. My reports will show all the home systems, and any defects directly related. I will make sure your home supports your health. Scientific evidence demonstrates a solid relationship between housing conditions and human health. My job is not complete until you understand everything within the report.
